02/07.08.2025 Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the Guardian of the victim girl 'X' as Respondent No.2 during the course of the day.

Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served the Notice of this appeal through the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi upon the Guardian of the victim girl 'X' in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Nipun Saxena and another v. Union of India and others" reported in (2019) 2 Supreme Court Cases 703 and Notification No. 23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the Jharkhand High Court and shall file affidavit with regard to service of Notice on the Guardian of the Victim Girl 'X'.

3. Admit.

4. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Record from the learned Court below.

5. Put up this case after Five (05) weeks.

6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Offie of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi by Fax and also be handed over to the learned A.P.P. for the needful.
