2. It has been pointed out that the appellant was arrested in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.239 of 2015, G.R. No.2808 of 2015 but the learned Trial Court i.e. Ms. Kusum Kumari, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, FTC, Ramgarh has mentioned Patratu P.S Case No.239/ 2015 in 1st page of the impugned judgment dated 25.11.2024 and the 3rd page of impugned judgment in which it has been mentioned as Ramgarh P.S. Case No.230/2015 instead of Ramgarh P.S. Case No.239/2015 and as a result of which the appellant has also mentioned at para-1 as well as prayer portion at page 3 and page 15 of this memo of appeal and has further referred the same in I.A no.3648 of 2025 at paragraph no.1 and prayer portion at page-2 and 7 respectively.

3. From perusal of the Lower Court Record, it reveals that the FIR was lodged against the appellant in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.239 of 2015 on 01.07.2015

4. Under the circumstances, the office is directed to send the certified copy of the impugned judgment for necessary correction before the learned Trial Court below and the same

may be placed again before this Court after taking necessary correction by learned Trial Court below within one week.

5. Put up this case on 20.08.2025.

6. Registry is directed to send the certified copy of the impugned judgment to the learned Court below.

7. The learned Trial Court is further directed to send the fresh Lower Court Record with the corrected copy of the impugned judgment.
