05/ 01.08.2025: Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending their arrest for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 452, 354, 379, 427, 307 of IPC, in connection with Complaint Case No.1281 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribag.

3. There is land dispute between both the parties.

4. Admittedly, the case arises out of a complaint, thus there is no apprehension of these petitioners being arrested as cognizance has already been taken in this case.

5. Since this is a case where the petitioners have been summoned after cognizance, the petitioners should appear before the Court concerned and, on their appearance, appropriate order will be passed in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
