1. In spite of service of notice, nobody has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant Ms. Puja Agawal has referred to I.A. No. 10892 of 2024 which has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 88 days in filing this appeal. She has in particular referred to paragraph 4 of the interlocutory application and has submitted that there has been some delay in taking decision to challenge the impugned judgment and delay is not intentional.

3. After going through the interlocutory application and being satisfied with the cause shown, the delay in filing this appeal is hereby condoned. I.A. No. 10892 of 2024 is hereby disposed of.

4. Post this case on 29.04.2025 under appropriate heading.
