1. Mr. Aman Lekhi, learned senior counsel appearing for
the appellant in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 997 of 2023 and Cr.
Appeal (DB) No. 1381 of 2023 as also Mr. Amit Kumar Das,
learned counsel for the respondent-NIA has argued the
matter at length.
2. Hearing concluded in these matters.
3. Accordingly, judgment is reserved so far Cr. Appeal (DB)
No. 997 of 2023 and Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1381 of 2023 are
concerned.
Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1059 of 2023; Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1160 of 2023; Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1209 of 2023; Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1402 of 2023 and Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1495 of 2023:
4. Learned counsel for the appellants appearing in rest of
the analogous matters i.e., Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1059 of 2023;
Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1160 of 2023; Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1209
of 2023; Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1402 of 2023 and Cr. Appeal
(DB) No. 1495 of 2023, has sought for accommodation for
today on the ground of personal difficulty.
5. Such submission has been made in presence of learned
counsel for the respondent.
6. In view thereof, let Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1059 of 2023;
Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1160 of 2023; Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1209
of 2023; Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1402 of 2023 and Cr. Appeal
(DB) No. 1495 of 2023, be listed on 16th April, 2025 as a
first case.
7. It is made clear that no adjournment shall be granted
on the next date of hearing.
