1. During the course of argument, Mr. Abhay Kr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that the appellant has not seen her son since 04.12.2019. The impugned judgment has also not given any visitation rights to her.

2. We have proposed to Mr. Manoj Kr. Choubey, learned counsel appearing for the respondents as to whether it would be feasible for the appellant to visit her son, to which Mr. Choubey has readily agreed.

3. In view of such submission, we adjourn this matter to be listed on 30th April, 2025.

4. In the meantime, the appellant is directed to visit the house of the respondents on 19th April, 2025 and it has been assured before us by the learned counsel for the respondents that he shall intimate his client about the impending visit of the appellant on the date mentioned hereinabove so that the appellant can have an interaction with her son in the presence of the respondents and in presence of the Child Development Project Officer, Pakur. The interaction should be from 10 A.M to 12 P.M on 19th April, 2025.

5. It is expected that the learned counsels shall accordingly intimate their clients so that the visitation of the appellant goes unhindered.

6. List accordingly.

7. Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for the respective parties.

8. Office is further directed to send a copy of this order to the Child Development Project Officer, Pakur for compliance, immediately.
