These cases have been placed today although the judgment in these cases was reserved on 22.08.2024 by this Court, however, in the meantime, learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 i.e. Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) filed counter affidavit on 21.09.2024 in the Filing Centre/Registry of this Court and as such both these cases have been placed today i.e. 27.09.2024 under the heading 'To be Mentioned.'.

2. Mr. Shubham Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashutosh Anand, learned counsel for the Respondent No.3- ESIC is present.

3. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.3-ESIC has submitted that counter affidavit has been filed in these cases on 21.09.2024 due to inadvertence, mistake and clerical error on

the part of his office instead of written argument and as such he is not pressing this counter affidavit.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised no objection.

5. Under the circumstances, the judgment in these cases is reserved.

6. Let this counter affidavit dated 21.09.2024 be kept on record.
