Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the complainant and both the learned Courts have passed judgments against him primarily by referring to section 300 of Code of Criminal Procedure and also on the ground that the petitioner has not been able to prove his case by adducing appropriate evidence.
3. The opposite party nos. 2 and 3 has not entered appearance in spite of service of notice .
4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State submits that the matter be posted tomorrow for his arguments to enable him to go through the records.
5. Post this case tomorrow i.e. on 26th September 2024.
