Order No:-04 Dated:-23-09-2024 Heard the parties.

Perusal of the record reveals that in both these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions, due to printing error, the date of judgment has been wrongly printed as '26th of July, 2023' in place of correct date being '26th of July, 2024.' Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the date of judgment appearing in the common judgment of both these cases be modified accordingly.

This Court finds force in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners. Accordingly, it is ordered that the date of judgment appearing in the common judgment of both these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions be read as '26th of July, 2024' in place of '26th of July, 2023' and this order be treated as a part of the common judgment passed in both these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions.
