When the matter is called out, the learned counsels for the parties are present.

Issue notice to the victim 'X' through her guardian by the Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh informing her that Cr. Rev No. 711 of 2024 is running in the cause-list and it shall further be taken on 27.09.2024.

A copy of memo of appeal be provided to the Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh for taking necessary steps in this regard in the light of the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Nipun Saxena and another v. Union of India and others" (2019) 2 SCC 703.

A copy of this criminal revision to be conveyed to the State.

State is directed to file affidavit regarding the steps taken in noticing victim X. Meanwhile, call for the scanned copy of the case diary and the social investigation report of the juvenile in conflict with law, from the concerned learned Court below.
