Order No.18/Dated- 05.09.2024 I.A. No.11330 of 2023 in Cr. Appeal (DB) No.256 of 1997 Mr. Pankaj Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the appellants, does not press this interlocutory application.

The same is dismissed as not pressed. Cr. Appeal (DB) Nos.256 of 1997, 1128 of 2009, 434 of 2024 & 436 of 2024 Mr. Shree Nivas Roy, learned counsel appearing for the informant has submitted that two other appeals have been preferred being Cr. Appeal (DB) No.1110 of 2024 and Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 497 of 2024 in which the trial Court records have been called for.

It has been submitted that some of the appellants had absconded after their statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. was recorded and have been apprehended after a considerable delay which has led to separate judgments having been passed, though, in all the cases, the incident arises out of a common First Informant Report.

In view of the above, therefore, let all these matters be listed on 25.09.2024 along with Cr. Appeal (DB) Nos.1110 of 2024 and 497 of 2024.
