1. The instant Interlocutory Application has been filed for
condonation of delay of 04 days in preferring the appeal.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. In view of the reasons assigned in the application, the delay
in filing the appeal is condoned.
4. Accoridngly, Interlocutory Application being I.A. No. 7601 of
2024 stands allowed and disposed of.
5. Learned counsel for the appellant has sought for 10 days'
time to file supplementary affidavit annexing therewith the
judgment of acquittal in connection to other cases and orders
granting bail to the appellant.
6. As prayed for, list this case on 17.09.2024.
