2. Learned A.P.P is directed to get the notice served upon the informant/

victim through the Superintendent of Police, Ramgarh in the light of the

judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Nipun

Saxena & Anr. Vs. Union of India reported in 2019 (2) SCC 703.

3. The fact regarding service of notice upon the informant/victim shall be

brought on record by filing a supplementary affidavit before the next date of

listing.

4. Put up this case on 26.09.2024 under appropriate heading.

5. Meanwhile, learned A.P.P shall also procure the case diary from his

end and file counter affidavit.
