petition is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court on 24.09.2024 in
W.P. (C) No.5165 of 2024 (Sanjay Kr. Agarwal v. The State of Jharkhand &
others) and batch matters.
3. Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of
granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy for redressal of his
grievance.
