33/22.10.2024         Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

2. From the records of this case, it appears that Ms. Archana

Kumari Singh, Advocate was appointed as Amicus, but she is also not

present.

3. However, the learned counsel for the concerned workman Mr.

Ajay Kumar Singh is present in the court. He submits that with respect

to other similarly situated persons orders has been passed by this

court and relies upon the judgement passed in W.P. (L) No. 1578 of

2010 decided on 22.06.2010; LPA No. 426 of 2010 decided on 26 th

July, 2011 and the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in

Contempt Petition (C) No. 112 o f 2010 in Civil Appeal No. 3962 of

2006 decided on 30th of August 2010. He has furnished a copy of the

aforesaid orders before this court. He submits that the matter is

pending since 2001 and a date may be fixed for Final Disposal

immediately after Deepawali holidays.

4. Records have already been received from the concerned court.

The learned court master is directed to make sure that the records are

made available to the counsel for the parties for perusal as and when

slip to that effect is furnished by the parties.

5. Post this case for final disposal on 18.11.2024.

6. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to Mr. A.K. Mehta, the

learned counsel for the petitioner who is on record and to the learned

Amicus so that they may prepare themselves for the Final Disposal of

this case.
