1. The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the revisionist for grant of provisional bail during pendency of the present criminal revision.

2. The instant criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 07.07.2023 passed in Criminal Appeal No.15 of 2022 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Spl. Judge, C.A.W, Hazaribag, who has affirmed the judgment dated 26.04.2022 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-Hazaribag, in G.R No.2897 of 2014, T.R No.716 of 2022, arising out of Sadar Hazaribagh P.S Case No.735 of 2014 whereby and whereunder the revisionist has been convicted for offence under Sections 323, 341, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and has been maximum sentenced to undergo R.I. for four years and to pay fine of Rs.20,000/- for the offence under Section 354 IPC with default clause.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the father of the petitioner has died on 31.10.2024 and his last rites is being done by his relatives in absence of the petitioner. On the above basis, the prayer for provisional bail has been made.

4. Considering the reason assigned in the present interlocutory application, the petitioner is directed to be released on provisional bail, on furnishing his bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in G.R No.2897 of 2014, T.R No.716 of 2022, arising out of Sadar Hazaribagh P.S Case No.735 of 2014, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court. Further, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below on or before 28.11.2024 and file an affidavit to that effect.

5. Accordingly, the present interlocutory application is hereby, allowed and disposed of.

6. Put up this criminal revision on 03.12.2024.
