03/06.05.2024 This Criminal Revision Application will be heard.

2. Issue Notice to the victim 'X' through her guardian, by the Superintendent of Police, Chatra informing that the Criminal Revision No. 842 of 2018 is running in the cause list.

3. Copy of the memo of the Criminal Revision along with all documents be provided to the Superintendent of Police, Chatra for taking necessary steps in this regard.

4. In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this Criminal Revision Application along with all the documents to the learned Spl.P.P. and the learned Spl.P.P. shall serve Notice upon the victim 'X' through her guardian, by the Superintendent of Police, Chatra as well as through the concerned Police Station informing that the Criminal Revision No. 842 of 2018 is running in the cause list.

5. The Superintendent of Police, Chatra is directed to take steps in the light of the judgment of the Hon' ble Supreme Court in "Nipun Saxena and another v. Union of India and others" reported in (2019) 2 Supreme Court Cases 703.

6. Put up this case after six weeks.
