04/ 02.05.2024: In this petition prayer is made to allow the petitioner to appear in the counselling for appointment to the post of Assistant Teachers under para category Class I to V.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is fully covered in light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 203 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the identical situations several cases have been disposed of based on the judgment of the Division Bench.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State accepts the said submission. He submits that the case of the petitioners is further covered in light of the decision taken by the Government of Jharkhand by resolution dated 28.02.2024 to allow all the eligible persons to appear in the counselling.

4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 203 of 2022.
