The operation of the impugned judgment has been stayed vide order dated 14.06.2023 with the condition that the parties were willing to settle their dispute by way of mediation. The matter was also referred to Member Secretary, JHALSA but the mediation has failed. Accordingly, the interim order is hereby vacated.
This criminal revision is to be heard on merit. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not well prepared. Admit.
