Dr. Vandana Singh, the learned Sr. S.C.-III and Mr. Manish Kumar, the learned Sr. S.C.-II have taken us through the documents on record and made submissions to the effect that the writ Court's decision is seriously flawed in law for the reason that in L.P.A. No. 63 of 2006 titled "Ajay Chandra Dhar Vs State of Bihar (now Jharkhand) and Ors." monetary benefit was granted to the Government employees from the date of the judgment.

2. For further arguments, let these matters be posted tomorrow, i.e., on 12th June 2024.
