14/ 11.06.2024. Heard, learned counsel for the appellants.

1. The instant Second Appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree passed by learned Principal District Judge, Palamau at Daltonganj, in Title Appeal No.01 of 04.

2. The instant Second Appeal is admitted to be heard on the following substantial question of law.

"Whether the finding of the learned First Appellate Court is vitiated for not meeting the reasoning of the learned Trial Court while upsetting the judgment of learned Trial Court"?

3. The other substantial question of law, if any, shall be formulated at the time of final hearing of the instant Second Appeal.

4. Call for the LCR.

5. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve notice upon all the respondents under both processes i.e. Registered Cover AD as well as under Ordinary process, for which, requisites etc., must be filed within two weeks from today.

6. List this case after six weeks.
