05/31st January, 2024 The instant appeal has been directed against the judgment dated 29th April, 2023 and the decree dated 9th May, 2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)-VI, Hazaribag in Original (Title Suit) No.154 of 2016, whereby the learned trial court has dismissed the suit.
