04/25.01.2024 Before proceeding further in the matter, let a specific
counter affidavit be filed on behalf of the respondent no. 6 - the
District Education Officer, Deoghar within two weeks stating as to
whether after preparation of state-wise merit list in terms with the
judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of
"Satyajit Kumar & Ors. Vs. State of Jharkhand & Ors.",
reported in 2022 SCC OnLine SC 954 read with the orders
passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Contempt Petition
(Civil) No.612 of 2022 (Soni Kumari Vs. K. Ravi Kumar), any
further appointment has been made on the post of Trained
Graduate Teacher in the subject 'History' and 'Civics' under
unreserved category in Deoghar (Block-Sarath) i.e., the post on
which the petitioner could not give his joining pursuant to his
appointment vide office order as contained in memo no. 50 dated
09.01.2019.
