The order dated 28th August 2019 passed in W.P.(T) No. 6048 of 2017 and analogous cases has been made the foundation for filing the present Contempt Case.

2. At the outset, Mr. Ranjeet Kushwaha, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment delivered by Hon'ble Calcutta High Court in W.P.A No. 5306 of 2021 and analogous cases dated 6 th December, 2021, the present Contempt Case has been rendered infructuous.

3. Disposed of, as such.
