Order No. 06 Dated- 19.01.2024 After some submissions by both the counsels, counsels are directed to find out whether the judgment in the case of Satyendra and Another v. State of U.P. reported in 2018 SCC online All 2087 was appealed in the Supreme Court and reversed or not particularly wherein it has been stated that the Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad had declared that the second proviso to Section 14A(3) clearly violative of both Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution and had consequently struck it down.

Accordingly, in view of that put up this case on 09.02.2024. Till then, interim relief granted vide order dated 16.10.2023 shall continue.
