By the Court:- Heard the parties.

Though this writ petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with several prayers but learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner confines his prayer that direction be issued to respondent no. 1 to forward the details of the employee and employer's contribution to the respondent no. 4 and in case there is default, the default amount be also deposited by the respondent no. 1 with the respondent no. 4 and the direction be given to the respondent no. 4 to pay the provident fund amount to the
petitioner within the time to be stipulated and also direction be given to the respondent no. 1 and 3 to pay the arrear of benefits of fifth and sixth pay revision.
3. There is no serious objection from the side of the respondents.
4. Having heard the submissions made at the bar, this writ petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to forward the details of the employee and employer's contribution to the respondent no. 4 and in case there is default, the default amount be also deposited by the respondent no. 1 with the respondent no. 4 and also the respondent nos. 1 and 3 are directed to pay the arrear of benefits of fifth and sixth pay revision, within three months from the date of this judgment, to the respondent no. 4 and the respondent no. 4 is directed to pay the arrear benefits of 5th and 6th pay revision to the petitioner, within six weeks from the receipt of the amount from the respondent nos. 1 and 3 by the respondent no. 4.
5. So far as the benefit of the fifth and sixth pay commission along with the statutory interest is concerned, the respondent no. 4 is directed to pay the arrears if any payable to the petitioner along with the statutory interest, within three months from the receipt / production of the copy of this order.
6. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
