   04/12.02.2024     Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that L.P.A. No. 142/2018

preferred by the State of Jharkhand challenging the judgment dated 18.12.2017

passed by the writ Court in W.P.(S) No. 889/2014 and other analogous cases

has been dismissed on 07.02.2023 itself. However, the aforesaid judgment of

the writ Court has not yet been complied.

At the request of Mr. Rahul Saboo, learned G.P-II appearing on behalf of

the O.P. Nos. 2 to 4, the said opposite parties are granted four weeks' more

time by way of last indulgence to comply the aforesaid judgment of the writ

Court, failing which an appropriate order against them shall be passed on the

next date.

Put up this case on 22.03.2024 under the same heading.
