04/ 05.02.2024 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing the regular bail on the strength of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.
