This Criminal Revision has been directed against the judgment dated 03.05.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Lohardaga cum Special Judge, Children Court, Lohardaga in Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2023, whereby the appeal was dismissed, bail of the juvenile was rejected and the order passed by the learned J.J. Board was affirmed.

Office is directed to call for the complete case diary along with Social Investigation Report of the juvenile from the J.J. Board concerned.
