2/21.09.2023 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits

that the petitioner happened to be husband of one Anita Kumari who has

lodged the case against him as Gonda P.S.Case No.31 of 2022 under

section 498A and other sections of the IPC. He submits that the

petitioner was enlarged on bail however by order dated 08.08.2023 the

learned Sessions Judge has been pleased to cancel the bail of the

petitioner on the allegation that one of the terms and condition in

between the parties in the mediation centre was not complied by the

petitioner. He submits that this order is passed in violation of several

judgments of Hon'ble Supreme Court and the High Court.

2. Issue notice upon the respondent no.2 by registered post

with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites etc must

be filed within a week.

3. Till the next date, no coercive steps shall be taken against

the petitioner in connection with Gonda P.S.Case No.31 of 2022 pending

in the court of Additional Judicial Commissioner-III,Ranchi.

4. Let it appear on 09.11.2023.
