Learned Counsel Mr. Sheo Kumar Singh behalf of

petitioners and on behalf of the State, learned A.P.P. are

present.

2. The instant Cr. Revision is directed against the Judgment

and order of conviction dated 23.08.2022 passed by the

Additional Sessions Judge-I, Latehar in Cr. Appeal No. 11 of

2014 wherein the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Latehar

had dismissed the appeal and confirmed the Judgment of

conviction and sentence dated 20.02.2014 passed by the

Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with

R.P. Case No. 18 of 2011 wherein while convicting the

petitioners have sentenced for SI of one year and fine of

Rs.5,000/- for the offence under Section 3 of the Railway

Property (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1966 (29 of 1966) and in

default of payment of fine, all of them shall undergo further SI

of three months.
