2. This Cr. Revision has been preferred against the

Judgment dated 23.12.2022 passed by the Addl. Principal

Judge-II, Additional Family Court, Ranchi in Original

Maintenance Case No. 366 of 2019 wherein the petitioner has

been directed to pay the maintenance amount of Rs. 6,000/-

to the O.P.No.1 and Rs.3,000/- to O.P.No.2.

3. Notice be issued to O.P.No. 1 & 2.

4. Requisites for the same be filed within two weeks under

registered cover with A/D and ordinary process as well.

5. List for hearing on 07.11.2023.
