1. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State by referring to the
judgment rendered by Hon'ble Apex Court in Jagjeet Singh & Ors
Vs. Ashish Mishra @ Monu & Anr. [(2022) 9 SCC 321] and X Vs.
State of Maharashtra and Another reported in 2023 SCC OnLine
SC 279 has submitted that informant may be added as party-
respondent.
2. Upon this, learned counsel for appellant has sought for leave of
this Court to implead informant as party respondent in the array of
respondent.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. Let necessary addition in cause time of memo of appeal be
made by learned counsel for the appellant in course of day.
5. Issue notice upon respondent no. 2, both by registered post
with A/D and ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed
within a week.
6. Notice is made returnable by 10.11.2023.
7. List this case on 10.11.2023.
