It was submitted that the Respondents have preferred L.P.A. No. 450/2022, against the judgment dated 18.07.2022 passed in W.P (C) No. 2440/2015 and analogous cases and the issue involved in this writ application is similar to the issue raised in W.P (C) No. 2440/2015 and other analogous cases which has been disposed of by a single Judge of this court. It was submitted that this case may be listed after disposal of L.P.A. No. 450/2022.

Prayer is allowed.

List this case after disposal of L.P.A. No. 450/2022. In the meantime, learned counsel for the Respondents shall file a detailed counter affidavit, bringing on record as to the manner in which the impugned demand has been arrived at by the Respondents.
