Learned Counsel Mr. Sanjay Kumar on behalf of the

petitioner and on behalf of the State, learned A.P.P. and also on

behalf the informant, learned Counsel are present.

2. The instant Cr. Revision is against the Judgment dated

02.05.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in Cr.

Appeal No. 20 of 2021 wherein the Judgment of conviction and

sentence passed by the trial court in G.R.No.27 of 2015, arising

out of Siyaljori P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015 (T.R.No.1723 of 2021)

has been affirmed.

3. At the very outset, the learned Counsel of both parties have

jointly submitted that the compromise has arrived between the

parties and in view of the compromise, the Mutual Divorce

Petition was filed under Section 13-B Hindu Marriage Act, 1955

which was registered as Original Suit No.673 of 2022 before the

Principal Judge, Family Court at Bokaro and the Mutual Consent

Petition has been allowed and the decree of divorce has been

passed by the court concerned on the basis of mutual consent.

4. In view of the above submitted to decide this Cr. Revision.

5. The learned A.P.P. has no objection for the same.

6. In view of the compromise arrived between the parties and

also the divorce which has been declared by the learned Family

Judge by way of mutual consent, this Cr. Revision is disposed of

and the impugned Judgment of conviction passed by the trial

court which was affirmed by the Appellate Court are hereby set

aside.

7. This Cr. Revision stands disposed of.
