   05/13.10.2023     Mr. Manish Kumar, learned Sr. S.C-II appearing on behalf of the O.P.

Nos. 2 & 3, submits that the State of Jharkhand has preferred L.P.A. No.

538/2023 against the judgment dated 16.02.2022 passed by learned Single

Judge in W.P.(S) No. 2870/2019.

As against this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar

L.P.As led by L.P.A. No. 203/2022 have already been dismissed by learned

Division Bench vide judgement dated 15.09.2023.

Under the aforesaid circumstance, the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 are granted eight

weeks' more time by way of last indulgence to comply the aforesaid order

passed by learned Single Judge and to file compliance affidavit.

Put up this case on 22.12.2023 under the same heading.
