06/05.10.2023 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

order of cognizance passed by the Special Judge, CBI, Ranchi in

RC 03(A)/2011-R relating to the petitioner and the other accused persons of the

said case has been quashed by a Bench of this Court vide judgment dated

05.05.2023 passed in W.P.(Cr.) No. 314/2011 and other analogous cases. He

however prays for an adjournment to bring a copy of the said judgment on

record.

In view of the said prayer, put up this case on 28.11.2023 under the

same heading.
