No. 8909 of 2023 The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the appellant for confirmation of provisional bail granted by the learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in N.D.P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 for the period of 30 days for filing of criminal appeal against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 08.09.2023.

After hearing the submissions by the counsel for the parties and after going through the statements made in the I.A. No. 8909 of 2023, the provisional bail granted to the appellant by the learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in N.D.P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 vide order dated 08.09.2023 is hereby confirmed and made absolute.

Accordingly, I.A. No. 8909 of 2023 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
