1. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Atanu Banerjee has mentioned this case and has submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and is fighting for his post retiral benefits. He has also submitted that by the impugned action, the claim for regularization of the petitioner has been denied. He submits that a specific date may be fixed in the present case, so that the case may be taken up. The learned counsel has submitted that the pleadings in the present case are complete.
2. Since the case has been taken up on mentioning, learned counsel for the respondents are not present. However, in view of the aforesaid submissions, the matter is directed to be posted on 27.06.2023 under the heading for 'Final Disposal'.
3. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents, so that they may get ready with the matter.
4. Learned counsel for the parties are directed to file their short synopsis of arguments, list of dates and the judgments on which they seek to rely upon latest by 21.06.2023.
