Heard the parties.
The learned counsel for the petitioners prays for one week's time to address this Court on the maintainability of this criminal miscellaneous petition in view of para -23 of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Mohit alias Sonu and Anr. vs State of U. P. and Anr., reported in AIR 2013 SC 2248 and para -21 of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Girish Kumar Suneja v. Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2017) 14 SCC 809.
