The present Criminal Revision Application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner by challenging the judgment dated 26.09.2022 passed by Mr. Deepak Baranwal, the learned Additional Principle Judge, Additional Family Court, Rajmahal in Original Maintenance Case No.227 of 2018, whereby and where under, learned Additional Principle Judge, Additional Family Court, Rajmahal has been pleased to allow the application filed by the Opposite Party for maintenance and thereby, directed the petitioner to pay Rs.4500/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2 w.e.f the filing of this case.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusal of the records of this case, it appears that notice is required to be sent.
Let notice be issued upon the Opposite Party by both process i.e, registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary process on her present and correct address, for which requisites etc., must be filed within a period of one week.
Accordingly, put up this case after three weeks.
