criminal proceeding dated 20.03.2014 in connection with S.T. No.618 of

2013 arising out of Sadar P.S.Case No.528 of 2013, G.R.No.2677 of 2013,

pending in the court of learned 7th Addl.Sessions Judge, Hazaribag.

2. Status report is on the record which suggest that by

judgment dated 14.8.2015 the accused person has been acquitted.

3. Accordingly this petition has become infructuous.

4. Dismissed as infructuous.
