Mr. Pratiush Lala, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Arup Kr. Dey, learned counsel for the State are present before this Court.

2. The present Criminal Revision Application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners by challenging to modify the impugned judgment dated 08.09.2022 passed in Criminal Appeal No.40/2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sahibganj, wherein, the judgment of conviction dated 21.04.2015 for the offences under Section 341,323 of the IPC and to set-aside the sentence dated 21.04.2015 and extended the benefit of Section 3 of Probation of Offenders Act to the petitioners after due admonition and also on furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- of each of the petitioners for a period of one year.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to implead the party as Opposite Party No.2 during course of the day.

4. Issue notice upon the newly added Opposite Party No.2 by both process i.e, registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary process on her present and correct address, for which requisites etc., must be filed within a period of one week.

5. In the meantime, call for the lower court records from the court concerned.

6. Accordingly, put up this case after receipt of the same.
