08/03.05.2023       In course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioners puts reliance

on a judgment dated 27.07.2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in

W.P.(S) No. 4682/2021. He further submits that L.P.A. No. 438/2022 preferred

against the said judgment has been dismissed today. He however prays for an

adjournment to bring the order passed in the said L.P.A on record.

In view of the said prayer, put up this case on 21.06.2023 under the

heading 'For Admission'.
