03/ 01.05.2023 This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to register the FIR, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.02.2023.
2. The petitioner is having the alternative remedy by way of approaching the learned court for such prayer.
3. In view of the provisions made in the Cr.P.C. and also in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Versus State of U.P. & Ors., reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409, this petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy.
4. The petitioner shall also approach the competent authority with regard to redressal of his grievance with regard to lodging of the complaint online.
