th Order No. 10/ Dated: 29 March 2023 These Criminal Appeals have been preferred under section 21 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 challenging the order taking cognizance dated 13th July 2022 in Case No. ATS 01 of 2022 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVIII-cum- Special Judge ATS at Ranchi.
In view of the bar under sub-section(3) to section 21 of the National Investigation Agency Act which provides that no appeal or revision shall lie to any Court from any judgment, sentence or order including an interlocutory order of a special Court, a question of maintainability of the present appeals has arisen.
