This acquittal appeal has been filed by the State of Jharkhand challenging the judgment in Sessions Trial No. 12 of 2002 by which the respondent has been acquitted of the charge framed under sections 363, 376 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that on 9th January 2007 when this acquittal appeal was listed for hearing the respondent was represented through Mr. Ram Lakhan Yadav, the learned counsel.

On account of efflux of time, the learned counsel for the respondent shall file an affidavit of the respondent disclosing his present address.

Post this matter on 11th April 2023.
