He submits that the matter is otherwise ready for final disposal and it may be posted for final disposal on any day.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the pending interlocutory applications i.e. I.A. No. 2586 of 2013, I.A. No. 2587 of 2013 and I.A. No. 2588 of 2013 are hereby closed.
