This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to register the FIR on the basis of the written report dated 10.11.2020.
The petitioner is having the alternative remedy by way of approaching the learned court for such prayer.
In view of the provisions made in the Cr.P.C. and also in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Versus State of U.P. & Ors., reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409, this petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy.
