03/23.03.2023 It has been submitted by Mr. Saurabh Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner that the advertisement dated 01.03.2023 seeks to replace the adhoc appointee with another adhoc appointment. It has been submitted that the tenure of the petitioner comes to an end on 11.04.2023 and the act of the concerned respondents is contrary to the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "State of Haryana and Others vs. Piara Singh and Others" reported in AIR 1992 SC 2130 which has been followed in the case of "State of Punjab and Others vs. Supreet Rajpal and Another" reported in (2007) Vol. 13 SCC 290. It has further been submitted that the walk- in-interview is to be conducted as per the advertisement and the petitioner apprehends that she will be thrown out from the post she is working.

Mr. Ram Lakhan Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2 prays for and is allowed two weeks' time to file a counter affidavit.
